Al-Sadiqoun Bloc calls for immediate end to American presence in Joint Operations Command
BAGHDAD — On Friday, the Al-Sadiqoun parliamentary Bloc, the political wing of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq (AAH), urged the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces to take swift and immediate action to terminate the presence of American forces within the Joint Operations Command.

In a quick and urgent measure, we demand the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Prime Minister Mr. Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani, to end the American occupation in the Joint Operations Command and to urge the Security Council to end the American presence in Iraq for violating the sovereignty of the country and committing the worst crimes against the Iraqi people, including bombing its security headquarters such as the Popular Mobilization Forces and targeting its leaders, the latest being the assassination of the jihadi leader Abu Baqir Al-Saadi, may Allah have mercy on him.
