BAGHDAD, October 22 — On Saturday, Prime Minister, Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, discussed the developments in the Palestinian territories with King Abdullah II bin Hussein, emphasizing the importance of unifying efforts to halt aggression and provide assistance to the Palestinians by establishing a dedicated fund.

“On Saturday, Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Shiaa Al-Sudani, met with the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Hussein, in the Egyptian capital, Cairo. This meeting took place on the sidelines of their participation in the Cairo Peace Summit, aimed at discussing the developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The meeting included discussions on the ongoing Zionist aggression in the Gaza Strip and the dire conditions faced by the Palestinian people. This includes the targeting of civilians and hospitals, as well as the shortages in medical and humanitarian supplies.
Prime Minister Al-Sudani emphasized the importance of unifying efforts to halt the Zionist aggression, in accordance with the Iraq initiative. He also stressed the need to mitigate the impacts of this aggression and provide assistance to the Palestinians by establishing a dedicated fund while protecting their rights.”
