Trio apprehended for alleged illegal bird hunting

CHAMCHAMAL, December 11 — Three individuals were arrested under allegations of engaging in the illegal hunting of wild birds in Chamchamal’s Aghjaler district.

The Sulaymaniyah Forest and Environment Police Directorate said the detained individuals stand accused of having hunted a total of six wild birds.

An investigation has been initiated, and the apprehended suspects have had their hunting tools confiscated.
