Iraq’s weather to stay clear, with some clouds expected in north and west
BAGHDAD — Iraq’s weather will remain stable and clear on Thursday, though parts of the Kurdistan Region, western areas, and Anbar are expected to see partly cloudy skies by evening and nighttime, the Iraqi Meteorological Authority said.
Daytime temperatures will be similar to those recorded on Wednesday, with warm conditions across most regions and cooler weather in mountainous areas. Nights are expected to remain mild.
Winds will blow from the northwest at light to moderate speeds between 10 and 20 kph and may stir dust in some areas.
Morning visibility is forecast to range between 3 and 5 kilometers due to dust and air pollutants, the authority added.
