Floria City project in Erbil announces new Sky Tower building

ERBIL, August 9 — Erbil’s Floria City project will include a residential tower exclusively for the Kurdistan region’s journalists, per a request from the head of the regional investment authority.

Sky Tower will sit within the Floria City complex and comprise of 232 apartments with six different floorplan options.

Hemen Hiney, Marketing and Sales Manager for the project, told 964: “The apartments will be offered to journalists with an initial down payment of $9,500, along with two additional installments, until keys are handed over. The remaining payments will be spread over a period of 10 years, based on a request submitted by the President of the Kurdistan Investment Authority.”

“[Apartment] prices range between $95,348 and $121,114, at a rate of $650 per square meter.”
