Central Bank of Iraq announces foreign currency sales of $210 million

BAGHDAD, December 28 — The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) announced its foreign currency sales on Thursday, totaling $210 million at the official rate of 1,310 Iraqi dinars per U.S. dollar.

According to the bank’s data, total cash withdrawals amounted to $20,931,000, while total transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $189,602,703. Overall total sales amounted to $210,533,703.
