Four villages in Koya district to receive paved roads

KOYA, December 23– Four villages in Koya district are getting newly-paved roads at an estimated cost of over two billion Iraqi dinars, according to an announcement by the Governor of Erbil on Friday.

The road project is being executed under the governorate’s budget and under vigilant oversight of the Koya Roads Directorate. The villages with new roads were identified as Bani Gulan, Suraqala, Pebazok, and Dondar.

The asphalt project encompasses paving, cutting and pipeline water construction, and holds promise for the agricultural sector, irrigation improvements, and overall village reconstruction upon its completion.
