Former PM Adel Abdul-Mahdi and Ammar Al-Hakim cast votes

BAGHDAD, December 18 — Former Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi and current leader of the National Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, cast their votes for the provincial council elections at the Hotel Al-Rasheed in Baghdad on Monday.

An estimated 15 million Iraqis are eligible to cast ballots in Monday’s vote from polling stations across 15 governorates.
