Iraqi central bank announces foreign currency sales of $220 million

BAGHDAD, December 3 — The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Sunday its foreign currency sales, amounting to approximately $220 million in today’s transactions.

According to the bank’s data, the total cash withdrawals reached $21.82 million, while the total transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, amounted to $198.14 million. The overall total sales amounted to $219.96 million.
