Progress for strategic projects in Salah Al-Din

New Al-Dujail facility to provide drinking water for Salah Al-Din villages and towns

SALAH AL-DIN, November 13 — Salah Al-Din Governor Ismail Al-Hloub inaugurated on Monday the new Al-Dujail Major Water Project, a facility capable of processing 4,000 m3/hour of water. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, Bangen Rekani.

A statement from the Governor’s press office said:

Governor Ismail Khudair Al-Hloub inaugurated, in the presence of the Minister of Construction, Housing, and Public Municipalities, Bangen Rekani, the Al-Dujail Major Water Project. The project’s design capacity is 4,000 m3/hour, contributing to meeting the needs of residents of the district and nearby villages for drinking water. The Governor and the Minister also inspected the quality and specifications of the project’s facilities.

In a statement, the Governor expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister, stating, ‘The promising collaboration and support between the local and central governments mark a serious start for major projects and services.’ He highlighted that ‘Salah Al-Din is now on the verge of significant progress in vital and strategic projects.’
