Billiards championship concludes in Tal Afar
NINEVEH, November 12 — The town of Tal Afar in the Nineveh Governorate witnessed the conclusion of its first billiards championship since 2014, featuring intense competitions with the participation of dozens of players.

“The championship involved 44 players from the Tal Afar district and the Al-Ayadia region, spanning age groups from 17 to 45 years.
The tournament kicked off on October 12th at the Al-Zawraa Hall and concluded today, Friday.
Player Essam Mohammed secured the first-place position, with Saeed Muqdad taking second.
While Tal Afar has been hosting consecutive tournaments in football and volleyball, other sports remain neglected, lacking proper attention from the concerned authorities.”
