Diyala governor welcomes French ambassador to Baqubah

DIYALA, October 5 — The Governor of Diyala, Muthanna Al-Tamimi, received the France’s ambassador to Iraq, Eric Chevallier, on Thursday at the Governorate building in Baqubah.

According to sources, the goal of the meeting between Al-Tamimi and Chevallier is to discuss enhancing stability and cooperation between Diyala’s provincial  council and the French government and investment by French companies in the governorate.
