“It has been unequivocally established that the incident was accidental and not authorized, resulting from severe negligence.

Large quantities of alcoholic beverages and a significant alcohol storage facility were present, having a significant impact.

The hall’s flammable carpeted flooring and fabrics were another contributing factor to the rapid spread of the fire.

Cutting off the power supply by the hall’s owner, believing there was a short circuit, led to confusion in the absence of emergency exits.

The rapid collapse of the building, constructed from sandwich panels, hindered rescue operations.

The hall owner failed to provide safety requirements and did not adhere to the capacity limit, exacerbating the losses.”
