Ministry of Trade announces payment to Iraqi wheat farmers

BAGHDAD, September 13 — The Minister of Trade, Atheer Dawood Al-Ghareeri, announced on Wednesday the release of two financial installments to settle  outstanding payments owed to farmers for the 2023 wheat harvest and sale season.

In a concise statement, Al-Ghareeri said:

“Two financial installments have been released to pay the outstanding dues of farmers from the 2023 wheat season.”
