Young woman dies after botched liposuction procedure in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, September 5 — A young woman in her twenties tragically lost her life while undergoing an unlicensed liposuction procedure performed by a self-proclaimed beauty expert at a residence in the Iraqi capital.

A local source in the Husseiniya district informed 964 that law enforcement authorities are currently searching for the beauty expert who disappeared from the scene after performing the botched procedure on the 23-year-old woman.
