Relatives urged to cooperate
Health directorate offers free treatment to mental health patient in Ranya
SULAYMANIYAH, August 30 — The Ranya Health Directorate has appealed to the guardian of a local man suffering from a psychological disorder to grant approval for his transfer to the hospital for free treatment. This comes after officials were informed of his deteriorating condition.
Taha Mohammed, Media Representative of the Ranya Health Directorate, told 964:
“Following a recommendation from the director of the Ranya Health Directorate, it has been decided to provide treatment for a citizen suffering from a psychological disorder and a leg injury. I urge his relatives to bring him to Ranya General Hospital for prompt treatment.”
“Due to the patient’s mental health struggles, the guardian must personally consent to bringing him to the hospital, enabling us to provide him with the necessary care,” Mohammed said.
