RAWANDUZ — A charity, in collaboration with the Rawanduz Social Care Directorate, has provided fuel to more than 230 underprivileged families, with each receiving 100 liters.

Among the beneficiaries were 75 internally displaced families, with others including street workers.

Asuda Abdulaziz, director of Rawanduz Social Care, informed 964media, “With the assistance of an organization from Mrovdostan, we managed to distribute fuel. We also delivered some food supplies to various families.”

Abdulaziz further noted, “All recipients of the fuel aid were in dire need, mainly those earning less than 300,000 Iraqi Dinars.”

Rawanduz, home to over 21,000 residents, faces severe winters due to its location and mountainous landscape.
