Iraq’s central bank ready to fulfill dollar needs for licensed banks

BGHDAD, January 11– The Central Bank of Iraq, on Thursday, declared its readiness to meet the USD currency needs of customers from all licensed banks. It urged these banks to communicate the specific dollar requirements of their clientele, enabling the Central Bank to expedite the provision of funds promptly.
