Central Bank of Iraq reports foreign currency sales exceeding $235 million

BAGHDAD, November 12 — The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Sunday its sales of foreign currency, totaling more than $235 million in today’s transactions.

According to the bank’s data, the total cash withdrawals amounted to $28,578,800, while the total amounts of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $206,657,539. The overall sales amounted to $235,236,339.
