Six injured in collision near Basheriyan community in Bardarash

DUHOK — Six people were injured in a traffic accident Friday evening within the Basheriyan community area of Bardarash district, Duhok governorate, according to Duhok traffic spokesperson Azad Taha.

Taha said the accident happened at around 3:45 p.m. on the road between Daretou subdistrict and the Basheriyan community, near the village of Kalkan. The crash involved a private Toyota Corolla and a Kia pickup truck.

He confirmed that six people were injured and taken to hospitals in Erbil for treatment.
