Central Bank of Iraq announces foreign currency sales exceeding $203 million

BAGHDAD, October 30 — Iraq’s Central Bank announced on Monday its one-day sales of hard currency amounted to more than $203 million dollars.

Bank data revealed that total cash withdrawals amounted to $32.66 million, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $171.14 million. Total sales amounted to $203.8 million.
