Kadem Al-Sahir postpones concerts in solidarity with Gazans

BAGHDAD, October 28 — Renowned singer Kadem Al-Sahir said on Saturday that he would postpone two scheduled concerts in Doha, Qatar and Muscat, Oman due to the war on Gaza, promising to refund tickets to concertgoers.

In a Facebook post, Al-Sahir said:

Due to the tragic circumstances in Gaza, we regretfully have to postpone my concerts in Qatar and Oman to an unspecified date. Ticket refunds for the sold tickets will be processed as soon as possible. In these circumstances, all we can do is pray to God Almighty to alleviate the suffering of our loved ones in Palestine and grant them patience and resilience.

For those who purchased their tickets online, the full amount will be automatically refunded to the same bank account used for the purchase. As for those who bought tickets in person, they will be contacted in the coming days, and cash refunds will be made at our sales points.
