The central bank of Iraq announces foreign currency sales

BAGHDAD, October 22 — On Sunday, the Central Bank of Iraq announced its sales of hard currency, totaling more than 197 million dollars in today’s transactions.

Bank data revealed that the total cash withdrawals amounted to 18,390,000 million dollars, while the total amounts of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached 179,373,446 million dollars. The overall sales amounted to 197,763,446 million dollars.
