Al-Nujaba movement condemns Israeli strikes in Gaza

BAGHDAD — The Iran‑backed Al‑Nujaba Movement, a Shiite militia and part of the so‑called “Islamic Resistance in Iraq,” on Tuesday condemned Israeli airstrikes in Gaza, describing them as a “war of extermination” and accusing Israel of “violating human rights, starving, and killing children and civilians.”

In its statement, the group urged Islamic and Arab nations to take a “decisive stand” and warned that supporters of Israel’s actions would face severe consequences, asserting, “the gates of hell will scorch you in this world and be opened for you in the hereafter.”

Israeli forces launched the airstrikes Tuesday after a two‑month ceasefire with Hamas. Palestinian health authorities reported that the strikes resulted in over 400 deaths in Gaza, including women and children.

Statement from Al-Nujaba Movement:

The announcement by the Zionist crime machine, with direct support from America, of a war of extermination against Gaza—escalating its crimes, violating human rights, starving, and killing children and civilians—is a clear manifestation of the brutality of crimes, depravity, and disregard for all values and human ethics. It is a transgression against all divine teachings by those who have appointed themselves as tyrants over the world.

The Islamic Ummah in general, and the Arabs in particular, must take a decisive stand befitting the gravity of the moment. Gaza is being annihilated and erased from the map by war criminals. Neutrality in the face of such horrors is no longer acceptable. It is a disgrace and a shame upon the nation to watch its honor violated and dignity trampled in Palestine while standing idly by.

Regrettably some aid the Zionists against their own people and faith—some secretly support them, while others open secondary fronts that serve the entity in its war of extermination. But Allah is ever watchful. The legendary steadfastness in Gaza will not and cannot be broken. The gates of hell will scorch you in this world and be opened for you in the hereafter—along with those who have supported, aided, or approved of your actions. Victory is only from Allah, who destroyed Pharaoh despite his tyranny, power, and crimes, and granted victory to His prophet Moses despite his weakness and lack of resources.
