Investigative committee recommends dismissal of 5 officials in Haitham hall Tragedy

NINEVE, October 1 — The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of five officials, including the district commissioner of Hamdaniya and the municipality director, in the wake of the Haitham Hall wedding tragedy.

During a press conference, the committee made the following recommendations:

“The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of the district commissioner of Hamdaniya.
The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of the municipality director of Hamdaniya.
The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of the director of the Tourism Classification Division in Nineve.
The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of the director of the Maintenance Center in the district of Hamdaniya.
The investigative committee recommends the dismissal of the director of the Fire Department in Nineveh and the director of Civil Defense, along with the establishment of an investigative council.”
