Ministry distributes free vouchers at the Baghdad International Book Fair

NAJAF, September 28 — Iraq’s Ministry of Youth and Sports has allocated thousands of free vouchers for students and young people aged 12 to 35 to buy books at the Baghdad International Book Fair, currently happening in the capital.

The vouchers are valued at 25,000 Iraqi dinars and holders can use them to purchase books at the fair. The Ministry’s decision comes after a similar successful initiative at the Najaf International Book Fair.

The Ministry’s has so far distributed more than 5,000 vouchers. The initiative focuses on students of all educational levels, from elementary to higher education.
