Central bank of Iraq reports currency sales of $277 Million
BAGHDAD — The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) on Sunday announced its currency sales, which exceeded $277 million in one-day transactions at the official rate of 1310 dinars to the U.S. dollar.
The bank’s data revealed that the total internal cash withdrawals amounted to $13,230,000. Meanwhile, the total for foreign transfers, including remittances and credits, reached $263,787,705. The cumulative sales for the day tallied at $277,017,705.
