Al-Marbad poetry festival kicks off in Basra
Basra — The 35th Al-Marbad Poetry Festival began on Wednesday morning, by hosting its opening ceremony at Basra Sports City outdoors, a departure from the indoor settings used since the festival’s start in 1971.
