Anbar council elects Mohammed Nouri Al-Karbouli as governor
ANBAR — Anbar’s provincial council elected Mohammed Nouri Al-Karbouli as the governor on Monday.
The council voted unanimously to elect Omar Mashan Al-Dulaimi as council president and Akram Khamis Al-Mahlawi as deputy.
