KIRKUK, January 29 — The Kirkuk Police Directorate announced a new regulation on Sunday that requires all hookah cafes and coffee shops to close by midnight.

The move is a joint decision from the police and tourism department.

The directive specifies that venues must adhere to the midnight closure time and that failure to comply with the regulation will result in legal action and potential penalties against owners of the establishments.
