BAGHDAD, January 4 — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed condemnation on Thursday for the coalition airstrike on a Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) headquarters in Palestine Street. The ministry affirmed that Iraq reserves the right to respond to such attacks.

It emphasizes that the assault on a security formation connected to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces is a dangerous escalation under the authority of the state. Iraq reserves its right to take a firm stance and all necessary measures to deter anyone attempting to undermine its territory and security forces.
