BAGHDAD — Police in Baghdad’s al-Rusafa district have arrested a suspect in connection with a deadly hit-and-run that killed four people and seriously injured another, authorities announced Tuesday.
The incident, which took place several days ago, had initially been recorded against an unknown perpetrator.
