Iraq Central Bank reports over $258 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Saturday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $258 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $11,500,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $247,296,019, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $258,796,019.
