Iraq’s Central Bank reports over $274 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Thursday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $274 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $4,550,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $270,407,492, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $274,957,492.
