Iraq’s central bank reports over $273 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD — The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Monday its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions, amounting more than $273 million at the official exchange rate set at 1,310 IQD per USD.
According to the bank’s data, total domestic cash withdrawals amounted to $18,600,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $255,000,000. The overall sales totaled $273,600,000.
