Iraq’s central bank reports over $276 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD — The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Monday its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions, amounting more than $276 million at the official exchange rate set at 1,310 IQD per USD.
According to the bank’s data, total domestic cash withdrawals amounted to $4,935,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $271,212,870. The overall sales totaled $276,147,870.
