Iraq’s central bank reports over $273 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Wednesday its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions, totaling more than $276 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 IQD per USD.
According to data released by the bank, the total internal cash withdrawals amounted to $75,560,000. Additionally, the total amount of foreign transfers, including remittances and letters of credit, reached $201,280,395. The total sales for the day summed up to $276,840,395.
