Central bank of Iraq reports currency sales of $275 Million
BAGHDAD — The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) on Sunday announced its currency sales, which exceeded $275 million in one-day transactions at the official rate of 1310 dinars to the U.S. dollar.
The bank’s data revealed that the total internal cash withdrawals amounted to $14,190,000. Meanwhile, the total for foreign transfers, including remittances and credits, reached $261,037,267. The cumulative sales for the day tallied at $275,227,267.
