Wasit University suspends official work for Arbaeen

WASIT, August 29 — Wasit University announced on Tuesday the suspension of official work for its staff members, starting from Sunday until the following Thursday, to allow them to participate in Arbaeen commemorations.

A statement from Wasit University said:

The University Council of Wasit has decided to suspend official work next week, starting from Sunday, September, 3, 2023, until Thursday, to provide an opportunity for the university staff to serve in the processions of Imam Hussein and perform the Arbaeen visit.
