Iraqi central bank reports foreign currency sales exceeding $214 million
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced on Tuesday that its foreign currency sales reached over $214 million in transactions at the official rate of 1310 dinars to the dollar.
According to the bank’s data, the total cash withdrawals amounted to $28,280,000. Meanwhile, the total for transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, stood at $186,317,079. The overall sales culminated at $214,597,079.
