KRG approves car rentals for mine affairs directorates
SULAYMANIYAH, January 29 — The Kurdistan regional government has approved the rental of 48 SUVs for the directorates of mine affairs. Muhsin Sheikh Abdulkarim, general director of mine affairs in Sulaymaniyah, told 964media that the vehicles are being sought for their capability in navigating the challenging terrains typically encountered in mine affairs operations.
“Of the 48 vehicles, 24 are allocated to Sulaymaniyah, 20 for Duhok and Soran, and 4 for the Garmiyan,” Abdulkarim added.
The mine affairs directorates will offer a monthly rental payment of 1.3 million Iraqi Dinars for each vehicle, including a driver, with all vehicle expenses to be borne by the owner.”
