Six-year sentence for a forging bank documents
BAGHDAD, January 10 — The Criminal Court of Al-Rusafa issued a verdict sentencing an individual to six years in prison for forging documents related to one of the banks in the capital, Baghdad.

The Criminal Court of Al-Rusafa issued a verdict on Tuesday, sentencing a convicted individual to six years in prison for forging documents. The Supreme Judicial Council’s Media Center stated that the convict utilized social media platforms for promotion and sale, and upon apprehension, he was found in possession of 25 forged blank documents related to a bank in Baghdad. The judgment was rendered based on the provisions of Article 275, the last paragraph of the Penal Code.
