Iraq has partially repaid its debts through a third-party state

BAGHDAD, August 7 — The Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on Monday that Iraq has partially repaid its debts to Tehran through a third-party state.

According to Al Jazeera, as reported by 964:

“Iraq has repaid a portion of its debts to Iran, and these funds have been transferred to a third-party state. Technical negotiations will continue.”
