Kurdish voters in Kirkuk report issues at the polls

KIRKUK, December 18 — A voter in Kirkuk told 964 that three out of four Kurdish voters reported facing technical issues at the polls when casting ballots in the provincial council elections on Monday.

The citizen further added that he had spoken to the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) and was told the devices had malfunctioned.

“I feel like there is a [force] that is making the devices not recognize our votes,” the voter said.
