Mostly clear Wednesday with light rain possible in the north

BAGHDAD — Iraq will see mostly clear skies with scattered clouds on Wednesday, while northern areas remain partly cloudy with a chance of light rain showers that are expected to dissipate through the day, the General Authority for Meteorology said.

Temperatures will remain close to Tuesday’s levels nationwide. Northwesterly winds will reach 10 to 20 km/h in central and southern regions, with light variable winds of 5 to 10 km/h in the north. Visibility will range between eight and 10 kilometers, dropping to four to six in some areas due to morning haze.
