Mostly clear skies Wednesday with clouds building overnight, light rain possible

BAGHDAD — Iraq will see mostly clear skies Wednesday with cloud cover increasing through the evening and night, bringing a chance of light rain showers in western Anbar overnight, the General Authority for Meteorology said.

Temperatures will remain similar to Tuesday in central and southern regions, rising slightly in the north. Northwesterly winds will range between 10 and 20 km/h with periods of calm in northern and western areas. Visibility will be eight to 10 kilometers, dropping to five to seven due to haze.
