Iraq’s oil exports in October reach 110 million barrels
BAGHDAD, November 1 — The Ministry of Oil announced on Wednesday the volume of oil exports during the month of October, which amounted to 110 million barrels, with revenues reaching 9.6 billion dinars.
A statement from the Ministry, received by Network 964, stated:
“The Ministry of Oil announces the total exports and revenues achieved for the month of October, according to the preliminary statistics issued by the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company (SOMO). The total quantity of crude oil exports reached 109,545,589 barrels, with revenues amounting to 9.669 billion dollars.
The statistics indicated that the total quantities exported in October came from oil fields in central and southern Iraq, totaling 108,050,360 barrels, while exports to Jordan reached 464,728 barrels, and the Qayyara exports amounted to 1,030,501 barrels.
The daily average of exported quantities reached 3,533,000 barrels per day.
The average price per barrel was $88.26.
It is worth noting that the Ministry, in its commitment to informing the public about export operations and the revenues generated from them, has taken this monthly measure.”
