Tuk-tuk driver found dead with gunshot wounds

DHI QAR — Police in the Al-Diwaya district of northern Dhi Qar governorate discovered the body of an 18-year-old tuk-tuk driver on Friday after he went missing under mysterious circumstances on Thursday.

A security source told 964media, “Police found the body of a young man who worked as a tuk-tuk driver. He had disappeared on Thursday under unclear conditions.”

The body, found in the Hawr Aouina area, bore gunshot wounds. Authorities have transferred the remains to the forensic medicine department for examination and launched an investigation to uncover the details behind the crime.
