Iraq Central Bank reports over $282 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Sunday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $282 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $2,650,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $279,414,798, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $282,064,798.
