Iraq Central Bank reports over $255 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Wednesday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $255 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $7,100,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $248,133,188, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $255,233,188.
